Joe was courteous, helpful and professional. He helped me with a question I had about operating the DVD player in my Sienna. I have been a Siena owner/lessor for about 9-10 years. The service department is friendly and always eager to serve and meet the customer's needs and requests. Too bad I can't ever buy or lease from Elmhurst. Sales people are ok. Sales managers are grumpy and give off an aura that is not inviting at all. I am a 6 foot 2 inch tall guy, the managers just piss me off with their attitude so I go away. I can't imagine how they would intimidate a woman. I am always (tried twice at Elmhurst but it did not work out) able to find a much better price and better buying/leasing experience somewhere else. So at least Elmhurst has earned my service business because of their quaility people in that department. Thanks again Joe! My comment about the recommendation relates to the sevice department not the sales department. More

During the car buying process I was treated with great respect and kindness. I felt Steven was very genuine and never tried to pull the wool over my eyes. Elmhurst Toyota has become my favorite car dealership -- even though I have never set foot in the place! I bought my 2007 Toyota Solara from them on-line and had it shipped to me in Kansas City. Their website provided so many close up detailed pictures of every inch of the car that I felt perfectly comfortable buying it without seeing it in person. Since the car was covered by the Toyota Certified Pre-Owned warranty that gave me peace of mind as far as the mechanical aspect was concerned. I knew what I was looking for by doing a lot of research before I came across the car at Elmhurst. I got a GREAT deal -- really great -- and the transaction could not have gone any smoother. I emailed an offer to Rob Smithburg on a Saturday morning and we closed the deal before noon. He Fedex'd some papers for me to sign. I wired the funds to him and arranged for a shipping company to pick the car up in Chicago and deliver it to me in Kansas City. In just a little over a week, I had my new (used) car in my driveway and I just LOVE it. I would highly recommend Rob Smithburg and the rest of the folks at Elmhurst Toyota. More

I always enjoy my experience at Elmhurst Toyota. The employees are extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. We highly recommend this dealership and the salesman Rob Smithburg. Compared to other dealers Elmhurst Toyota is the most customer friendly. The sales staff let you look at the cars without attacking like Smithburg. Compared to other dealers Elmhurst Toyota is the most customer friendly.
