THEIR WAITING AREA IS CLEAN, HAS TABLES WITH NEWS PAPERS ON THEM TO READ & FREE COFFEE & EVEN FREE WI FI & A PLAY AREA FOR CHILDREN. A SIDE FROM ALL THIS AFTER SHOPPING AT SEVERAL DEALERS & GETTING THE BEST PRICE I COULD I CALLED ELMHURST TOYOTA & TOLD THEM WHAT I WANTED & WHAT PRICE I HAD & AS NOT TO WASTE MY TIME & THEIRS COULD THEY DO ANYTHING. AFTER CHECKING MANFRED CALLED ME BACK & SAID YES THEY COULD SO BESIDES GETTING THE BEST DEAL ON MY CAR TO MY SURPRISE I'VE FOUND THE BEST, NICEST,DEALER TO TAKE MY CAR TO. More
I was in Chicago from out of town on a SATURDAY MORNING(!)and my ignition switch failed to work. I had my 4Runner towed to Elmhurst Toyota fully expecting that they would not be able to service th MORNING(!)and my ignition switch failed to work. I had my 4Runner towed to Elmhurst Toyota fully expecting that they would not be able to service the vehicle until Monday morning. I spoke with Tommy Mulak, a service advisor, explained my situation and the circumstances. While he did not have the necessary part in stock to repair my vehicle, he immediately arranged for a part to be delivered to the dealership. The part was installed and I was on my way in less than 3 hours! Bearing in mind that this was a Saturday morning and quite a stressful situation for me to be in, the service I received from Mr. Mulak and Elmhurst Toyota was, to say the least, above and beyond all my expectations. Curt is simply awesome. He responds to all of my questions in a very timely manner and obviously has extensive knowledge of all things Toyota. Even though there is a Toyota dealership nearby, Elmhur questions in a very timely manner and obviously has extensive knowledge of all things Toyota. I brought my new 2011 Avalon in for it's first service work. Tommy Mulak is as attentive as any service personnel I've ever had. He makes sure that what I ask for is completed. I have had (3) Toyotas from work. Tommy Mulak is as attentive as any service personnel I've ever had. He makes sure that what I ask for is completed. Your waiting area has a welcoming feel to it, with coffee always available, newspapers, and the toyroom area accomodating young families with kids, etc. I travel approx. 13 miles to service our vehicle, as there are a few other Toyota dealerships much closer to my home. However, the friendly and professional treatment Elmhurst Toyota provides, consistently, each and every time we go there, is what keeps us coming back. Your matching service price 'specials' are also appreciated. Very fair price. Not high pressure, overall good experience. Very happy with it. Started at internet car places doing searches/analysis. Then went to cars.com and put exactly the car I wanted. I have telephoned several times for price quotes to your auto parts/service department for my Toyota Camry and Tino has been very helpful, not to mention that he keeps his word to your Toyota customers. I was in need of a used mini van. I found one on line and was able to go to the dealer and view it at my convienence. I was greeted by many as I walked in the door even though it was a holiday and was smooth was able to go to the dealer and view it at my convienence. I was greeted by many as I walked in the door even though it was a holiday and was smoothly taken through the process of purchasing the van. It was 4 years old, but looked brand new. They were very accommodating to my needs and explained all the options for additional coverage of the van thoroughly. The dealership was clean and the showroom was very impressive. They even had a little room for my child to play (though the toys were dirty). Overall I was very happy with my experience of purchasing this car and everyone we spoke with was very pleasant and knowledgable. I would recommend them to anyone! More
It's a great car for the price. We discussed hybrids; Corrollas, and Venzas. The service department has been a great experience. All service appointments were "on-time" with the work being completed within the specified time frame. Throughout the "acceleration/sticking gas pedal" debacle they were proactive on taking care of any recall concerns. More
