Overall great. I requested to have my car picked up because of the pandemic. Was told no problem when called but then was told they weren't offering it anymore over text. They did come to pick up my ca because of the pandemic. Was told no problem when called but then was told they weren't offering it anymore over text. They did come to pick up my car 2 hours after they said they would be there but was really no problem for me. Communication was great and answered all my questions. Really liked the video tour from the mechanic first time I have seen that. I think the labor cost was a bit high for what I had done. It cost more in labor then the actual repair. More

Arrogant and poor service... would give negative stars if I could! They don’t do Ford any favors with their quality of work or service.
