We looked at wh My wife bought a new 2020 Santa fe in July 2020 from Hiawatha dealer ship and we were very unhappy with the over all purchase process. We looked at what they had on lot for Santa fe's SUV's and found one we really liked and test drove it and want to start the buying process until this SUV did not have all wheel drive option. We talked with sales person about trying to find SUV like this one with the options it had plus all wheel drive. He thought the biggest problem would be the color we wanted. We gave him our color want list and he went ahead and found one. It came in and we set up a time to see car and decide if that's the one for us. We went to dealer and car was not ready to been seen and we could not look at it. We had to wait while they prepped car and during that time we had to listen to ext. warranty speech. NOT INTERSTED AT ALL ABOUT THIS! We did all the paper work on car before even seeing it. When we did see it it had one option we never wanted and missing one we wanted. It had cross bars on rack on car that looked liked crap and was missing cargo cover we wanted. We asked if we could swap cross bars for cargo cover and they would not work with us at all. More concerned a bout closing sale. We were there about three hours and is the worst car buying experience ever for us. Will not be any future business with McGrath again. More
