Honestly, I am not even sure where to start. We test drove two vehicles and took one home. We decided it wasn't for us and exchanged it the next day. We drove the 2nd one and were told that ever We test drove two vehicles and took one home. We decided it wasn't for us and exchanged it the next day. We drove the 2nd one and were told that everything worked as it should, it had a working DVD player, the air worked, etc. We told them repeatedly that we only wanted GAP insurance but they pushed it and even when we told them no. So we finally gave in and got the $4,500 insurance. We get the paperwork home and they changed the price of the car up $2000. On top of that, a week later we find that the DVD player AND the entire air unit doesn't work. Zero air conditioning. We call and were told we had to bring it in to look at then we would have to bring it back to have any parts fixed on it. Mind you we live an hour away. We had an ASE certified mechanic look at it and he said that our dealership warranty won't allow him to work on it but he could tell us that the door needs realigned and the DVD player needs a new screen, and someone had cut and capped the tubes going to the blowing motor for the air unit so they knew it was not working when they sold it to us because it would not have passed their 172 point inspection they advertise so much. So, we tell them all this and they tell us they have to call the extended warranty place but they shut them down and told them it was still under dealer warranty. Parents took it to get fixed for us due to us working and when it got home it was still not fixed so we had to take it back a second time to get fixed because they had said that they didn't hook up a few wires. They did pay for the air to get fixed after an entire day of back and forth on the phone, they did not adjust the door but put a new seal on which did not make a difference it still leaks water into the inside of the door and Rick told us well Chevys do that that's why they have holes in the door. Also, they would not cover the DVD player because it is not included in the bumper to bumper. So in total we spent $300 driving back and forth for their mistakes, the DVD player is still broke, and water still leaks into the inside of the door panels as well as the door making a horrible wind noise while driving. Horrible experience. We ended up cancelling the insurance and getting a refund sent to our lender. I feel the only reason they pushed this warranty for over an hour was because they knew that we would be bringing it back to get the air fixed since they were aware it did not work when they sold it to us. Absolutely disgusting business practices. More
Don't go here, and if you have gone here check your paperwork. I got an SUV here. Ticket price was $16,750. Skip came out with a hand written paper with the amount I was going to put down and the $ paperwork. I got an SUV here. Ticket price was $16,750. Skip came out with a hand written paper with the amount I was going to put down and the $16,750, I signed it. It was late and passed closing by the time we got into finance to buy the SUV, since there were people ahead of us. When we went into sign papers Kimberly wasn't going over the majority of the paperwork with us, we were just signing to get out of there at this point. However she did stop to explain to us that we were getting a complimentary diamond fusion coating on our windshield. My cosigner and I ask several times to verify that it was free, and said if it wasn't we do not want it. She showed us a paper saying $0, we were so happy about it. Finally we finished everything and went home. The next day I was going through my paperwork. I saw they changed the price of the car from $16,750 to $18,000. Plus there was a dealer add on of $499.00, which said it was for the diamond fusion windshield coating. I called the general manager Skip, to ask what was going on with the sale price being changed and why we were charged the $499 for the diamond fusion windshield coating when we were told it would be free. He apologized and said he should have been more transparent to us, then went on to say the difference between the $16,750 ticket price and the $18,000 they secretly charged us was called a "pro pack". Nowhere in my paperwork does it say anything about a pro pack. It's simply a price change from the ticket price with no explanation. Then he went on to say the diamond fusion coating is never free, and went on to say how they make everyone pay for it, and how it's on every vehicle they sell..... Skip again apologized and said they should have been transparent, but he did nothing else. We left his office and I found someone else in the dealership to get me the information on what this pro pack was, and what I was charged for. The pro pack consisted of the following things they did BEFORE I bought my vehicle: the detailing of my vehicle, their "complementary" all weather mats labeled with their business name, putting on the license plate, a serpentine belt they had to change before I bought my car, and back windshield fluid repair. I decided to contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB), because I was lied to and they were not doing anything about it. When I filed the BBB complaint, they still refused to take any accountability for what they did. The BBB representative actually told me what to write, she was also concerned about the lack of accountability Skip was taking on the matter. Later, Skip said the only thing he would do, would be to refund the entire transaction and I would need to return the car. I asked for a different resolution because I did not want to return the car. I just wanted to pay what we had agreed to pay for before I bought the vehicle. He didn't care. I'm sure he was more concerned about robbing someone else at that point since this is something they seem to get away with on a regular basis. I did end up returning the vehicle since he refused to make it right any other way. I'm really glad I did, I later found out the $4,000 for 48 months they charge for their extended warranty is absolutely ridiculous and way over priced. The place I went after charged me $2,600 for the same warranty plus extra stuff... Don't go here, and if you have gone here check your paperwork. More
I recently purchased a used vehicle from McGrath Chevy dealership and was impressed with the attention I was given from the moment I arrived up to when I left. Sean and Dylan were extremely helpful and ma dealership and was impressed with the attention I was given from the moment I arrived up to when I left. Sean and Dylan were extremely helpful and made my purchase there a pleasant one. They were very attentive and friendly and I had a great experience with them. They took care of some issues with the car I purchased which lead up to the purchase. I will definitely do business with them again I highly recommend to anyone looking for vehicle to visit their dealership. More
I helped my daughter purchase her very first new car that was advertised for 24K. We got her monthly payment to where she was comfortable. Very friendly. That sale price was increased by 5000 in her final pa was advertised for 24K. We got her monthly payment to where she was comfortable. Very friendly. That sale price was increased by 5000 in her final paperwork. I’m ashamed we missed that when signing. Called back to see how this error happened as the final sale price was even higher than MSRP. Far less friendly now and apparently they add 5K to the price of every new car despite advertising it at a lower price. They disclosed fees would be added but never that it would be 5K over the advised sale price. I feel sick that we were taken advantage of and they’ve mastered the art of disclosing this without actually disclosing it. More
If I could leave 0 stars I would.. after getting excited about finding the vehicle I wanted and being in there 2+ hours and past my bedtime smh; I am signing paperwork and realize they added $2000 without i about finding the vehicle I wanted and being in there 2+ hours and past my bedtime smh; I am signing paperwork and realize they added $2000 without informing me.. I know it's only $2000 but I ask why and they say that all their vehicles get a "rainx" cover on the windshields and a dumb xxx 3000 mile warranty that they make the customer pay $2000 for.. good practice would be to give a measly 3000 mile warranty for good faith.. the rainx is their doing and they should cover it or ask if you'd like to purchase it for $500 (no thank you) and free car washes? Not many people live in the small town of El Paso and are not going to drive an hour for it.. I would not recommend this place.. they should be truthful and advertise this $2000 online and have the prices reflect so you don't waste your time.. sneaky More

Very nice ppl to work with, my salesman was Joey. I purchased a preowned Terrain and so far so good - seems like a solid car and I really like it. Perfect for my 2nd vehicle needs. The only reason I t purchased a preowned Terrain and so far so good - seems like a solid car and I really like it. Perfect for my 2nd vehicle needs. The only reason I took one star off is due to the $499.00 windshield coating and $2,400.00 maintenance package. So, after driving 1.5 hours to see this Terrain, the price was different than advertised. We were able to work through it...but still its not right to advertise a false price, then try to convince your potential client to pay it who did not ask for any of that extra stuff. I would have appreciated a new set of keys instead as one that came with the car is disintegrating and disgusting. No client should ever leave any car dealership with a key that nasty. Other than having to go find a new key fob, my experience with them overall was good. More
