Service advisor Monika was fabulous. She was thorough while explaining the service my car needed. I asked her about touch up painting (which I had not mentioned to any one else) ; we wal She was thorough while explaining the service my car needed. I didn't feel rushed. Monika spent a lot of time preparing the service order to be sure everything I requested was included. I love that you provide shuttle service.
