I felt Brian listened to me He was friendly He made it right with me with a free oil change for having to wait for my seat part a long time and having a very bad experience with service . Bryan, our service rep, was very helpful in reviewing the maintenance history of our 2019 Honda Civic. In addition to an oil change, a 40,000 mile inspection was recommended, but we elected to defer this til maintenance history of our 2019 Honda Civic.
