From the time I called and talked to Niko about the problem with my tire, he helped me calm down and made me feel like he really cared about me and my car. He could have given me an appointment for the problem with my tire, he helped me calm down and made me feel like he really cared about me and my car. He could have given me an appointment for the that day but told me it would take a couple of hours so I chose to wait until the following day. From the moment I arrived, he was so comforting and helpful explaining everything to me and showing me where I could wait to have my car fixed. He came several times to inform me about the process and the time element. Because my car was still under warranty, he told me the new tire would not cost me anything. How great was that! After it was ready to go, I ask if I could have him help me with some of the car's amenities. He sat in the passenger seat and showed me how to do various things on the car. He was really exceptionally helpful and knowledgable about my Honda Fit. I really appreciate everything he did to help me with my car. More
