Disappointing So disappointed with all aspects of my visit to the dealer for some urgent car work. Will not return. All everybody kept telling me was...”We open at So disappointed with all aspects of my visit to the dealer for some urgent car work. Will not return. All everybody kept telling me was...”We open at 7”. No direction regarding where to wait. No smiles. Nothing!!!! Second day of having the car didn’t receive a call all day with status. Another issue was I started with one person and ended with another completely different person. My service person was nice. Guillermo. I will think twice next time I need any car work. More
