I’ve gone back and forth on how I feel about this place. At first they had an $8-9k markup that isn’t advertised which I found distasteful more because it was hidden than they were doing it. Eventually they removed most of that and I bought the car. Picking it up was ok, they were plenty friendly, but they didn’t spend much time going over features and were blatantly wrong about numerous questions I asked ahead of time. The car had the wrong mirror installed (apparently at the factory because the invoice at the dealer had the right one listed), so their mistake for accepting, but it ended up taking many, many hours of my own time arguing with Kia to get it fixed. I tried contacting them about compensating me in some way for the hassle of fixing their mistake, but they didn’t even bother responding to that. So bottom line, they are the bad stereotype of car dealerships, avoid if at all possible. More
