We actually visited with the gentleman they dealt with in Milwauke who offered us what we believed to be a very good price on a Limited. However, we have dealt with McGrath on a number of other purchases and wanted to see what they could do before buying. Drew was extremely accommodating and very professional. We really liked the way he and the rest of the KIA team at McGrath were willing to work with us. Drew and his manager were able to be competitive without using hard-sell or pressure tactics. They were fair and completely open through the negotiation process. At all times, they made it clear that customer satisfaction was a #1 priority. My experience at McGrath Kia was great.
