Got a used car from the dealership. Small lot and not as many cars compared to other dealership. The car we get is clean for a used car. I Drove 50 miles from Quad Cities, Picked up vehicle the day it was delivered. They were straight up with me over the phone (versus other dealers not so much), They called me as the said they would morning day it was delivered. Sadly, the sales staff is saddled with the worst service department I have ever experienced. We only go for service when forced to such as in the case of factory recalls. Every time is an exercise in carel department I have ever experienced. We only go for service when forced to such as in the case of factory recalls. They had the car all day Tuesday and at 5 we called THEM although they promised to call us when the car was done. “Oh yes, it’s finished”. By then it was too late for us to get there.
