The staff could not have been more accommodating or thorough in their work. It was an especially pleasant surprise, as we were looking at a used 2017 Mazda CX-5 at a Cadillac dealership. Our sales representative, Mike Barfoot, was very nice and considerate of our questions and concerns. The car itself was in near perfect condition. We pointed out a few minor scuffs on the interior of the car, and they readily had the inside detailed to completely remove those marks before completing the sale. I am very happy with our purchase, and grateful for their superior customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone in search of a new or used car! More

I have leased multiple cars in my life, this was by far the best experience I have had yet. My calls and questions were answered promptly. The sales manager Jerry immediately got me in touch with my sales rep Bob, who listened to my needs and made this happen for me over multiple phone calls and emails. When I went to the dealership I was pleasantly greeted and introduced to the staff including Mark in maintenance (of course using social distancing) . Sam guided me through my lease signing and explained all the paperwork. Seamless experience from start to finish, I am so excited to be a part of the Mcguire Cadillac family! Love my new car!
