Wow! Where do I start?? Let me begin by saying, WOW!!!!!, again. My wife and I weren't looking forward to the whole car buying experience. Pushy salesmen, limited knowledge of the product, trying to sell me something that wasn't for me.... THAT IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED AT MCGUIRE CADILLAC!!!!!!! My sales person Robert Jacobson, was friendly and warm. He took the first 15 minutes asking questions and getting familiar with our needs, some needs we didn't even realize we had. By the time we actually began looking at vehicles, I felt like Bob was a good friend. He dispelled my ill conceived notion that Cadillac was an "old guy Sunday car". This car was for an anniversary present for my wife. Bob actually understood that. He actively sold the car to my wife,. not me, unlike other salesmen. There wasn't a question Bob couldn't answer, there was no"let me go find out". We arrived to the dealership with the music blasting and Bob picked up on that. When we got into the first car Bob pointed out The Bose sound system to my wife, he turned it up and from the look on my wife's face basically the car was sold in my head. We drove the XT5 and XT4. coming out of a Buick Enclave he noticed that my wife actually "DROVE" the XT4. She actually had fun with the pickup of the 2.0 turbo.That is the car we ended up with. Our finance guy Sam Kolenovic, was also very personable and didn't try to sell me "the sun" either.Once again, I learned about something that I didn't know I needed,"Gap Protection"...CoverYourA** Thank you so much to the McGuire team...
