2014 GLK 350 Mercedes When I made the decision to upgrade to a GLK 350 and started searching I ran across a 2014 GLK 350 Mercedes at Mc Guire Cadillac as well as others at When I made the decision to upgrade to a GLK 350 and started searching I ran across a 2014 GLK 350 Mercedes at Mc Guire Cadillac as well as others at other dealers. Now I’m a very conscious buyer, I research and I almost always will look at 3 vehicles from 3 different dealers. I say “almost always” because this time I didnt. Now, I’ll tell you why the buck stopped with Mc Guire Cadillac. My grandmother always drove a Cadillac and she always brought it from McGuire Cadillac in Woodbridge, NJ. I remember as a child having to go with her to get her new cadillacs from Mcguire. I remember drinking the hot chocolate and eating their cookies. Fast forward years later I would accompany my grandmother to Mcguire to get her Cadillac’s along with my kids (they would now drink the hot chocolate and eat the cookies 😂😂)and she was always treated as a VIP (which was right up her ally). When I saw the GLK 350 I called and scheduled a appointment with Jodie and I also scheduled 2 other appointments at 2 different dealerships. My first stop was Mcguire ( deep down I knew this would be my only stop) Jodie greeted me, I saw that the truck was in excellent condition. I trusted Jodie and Mcguire. Needless to say I never kept my other appointments because I knew Mcguire Cadillac had a EXCELLENT reputation ....they did not disappoint. Jodie Bossert and Sam Kolenovic were excellent!! I was never pressured to get the extras, they were presented to me and the decision was mind. This was just a A1 Class experience! I highly recommend Mcguire Cadillac. More

From meeting with the operator on our first visit, to Sam Kolenovic who walked us through the sale and gave us sound, honest advice to Manrose who was patient and thorough in explaining our Escalade purchase. If you spend the kind of money you do on an Escalade you expect a certain level of service and we certainly can attest to the treatment. While we haven't needed to call the dealer for any follow up items, I'm confident they will provide us whatever we may need if/when we call. I highly recommend the dealership for a Cadillac or a used vehicle. They make the GM family proud. More

Bad service December 18, 2018 I don't know if this happens at other dealers or to any other person but service at Mcguire Cadillac was the worst I have ever e December 18, 2018 I don't know if this happens at other dealers or to any other person but service at Mcguire Cadillac was the worst I have ever experienced. to began my car was tow in for service with a death battery which I was aware of so I requested for a new battery in order to check all codes the car had on so they did they called me and informed me of all the problems with the vehicle. I approved the service to be done that over all cost me a little over $2000. Come to find out they did not even gave the car a courtesy car wash and when ask their excuse was that the weather was cold. This is not all when I turn the key on the ignition the check engine light is on so I went back to the service desk. " we would take a look at it they said" brought it back drove home because it was late and the dealer was closing with a check engine light on. when I call the next day they told me to bring it back. and now magically the scanner that apparently they use to get the codes works but only this time they call me to tell me that is going to cost me another $2000. I then began questioning that if is either the scanner they are using is malfunctioning or is the mechanic that is not qualify. for those of you that own a Cadillac I would please be very careful on who you trust your vehicles with. I will follow up with everyone at cadillac to give me an answer as of why their staff is returning the vehicles with mechanical problems (check engine light on) to their owner even after they were paid for service.
