Finally an easy car buying experience. No tricks, no gimmicks just view, like and buy. This was my best car buying experience because I was given all the facts upfront. My wonderful experience started with a test drive with Bob who was very knowledgable and able to answer all my many questions (willingly).It ended with Sam (business manager) who thoroughly explained all the details of my transaction some things twice. I am new to the Cadillac family but the service I received speaks volumes I am a complete Cadillac lover and I'm not sure if I would purchase any other vehicle. These guys were great! More

Used Certified SRX purchase arrived after financial rep had left and initially told it would not be possible to leave with vehicle,which is what i wanted.Jerry Wojcichowski,immed arrived after financial rep had left and initially told it would not be possible to leave with vehicle,which is what i wanted.Jerry Wojcichowski,immediately took control.He checked w/ my credit union and found they could not accommodate same day.He arranged finance through GM Finance.draw up sale papers and w/ help of sales Mike Barfoot,deal done in 1/2 hour. next 1/2 hour learning vehicle.Left in about an hour total. After leaving and still today cannot I actually believe I bought a car as it was so easy.I have to look at SRX in garage to be sure it actually happened,Sam in finance helped w/follow up paper work/registration.Lots of tv ads tout an easy buying process--McGuire actually does it.Give them a shot--you will be happy More
