Three days later, the price dropped by $2k, and I went back to talk to Mike about it, he was very professional and courteous and gave my brother another test ride. I decided to buy the car and the deal was good, Mike's breakdown of the costs, description of the car, warranty, knowledge of Cadillac brand and their cars was excellent. He also answered my questions via text/email and made the process very smooth. More

When we picked up our XT5 we sat with Sam Kolenovic the business mgr who then explained all the options extra if we wanted to purchase.
