We negotiated the price over the phone and let them know we were going to drive up from VA. The transaction was quick and easy. They sent detailed photos, as asked, and let us know of any issues the vehicle had before we left. Once we got it home, we did put an extra $1400 into the vehicle for a few things, but with the price we negotiated beforehand to purchase the car, we still feel we got a good deal. Both Sam and Pete were a pleasure to do business with. Very friendly and professional people. We would recommend this dealership to anyone who would ask. More

Leasing a vehicle This is the first time I've leased a vehicle as in the past I've always bought them outright. Pete LaBracio was my salesman who was extremely patient answering all of my questions. He worked diligently on getting me the vehicle I wanted within my budget. Sam Kolenovic also was outstanding as he walked me through all of the forms needing to be completed explaining every important item in detail. Jerry too was a pleasure to deal with as he showed a great deal of concern towards the vehicle I wanted. The professionalism this team manifested during my visit on February 23, 2017, should be followed by every car dealership as they made my visit a pleasant one and I will certainly deal with them again in the future as well as highly recommending them. Started the process last week with the Sales Manager Jerry who put together an excellent deal in just a few minutes. Absolutely no pressure or problems during our very brief meeting. He was outstanding dealing with any questions and concerns I had about the purchase. After an EASY order was written - he introduced me to salesman Michael B. We had a very casual conversation and he made me feel confident and relaxed about the deal. On delivery day everything was in perfect order, and he spent a great deal of time showing me the features of the car and setting the preferences to my liking. I did the paper work with business manager Sammy K. and once again was completely amazed at how simple and easy the process was. He explained everything in a straight forward manner and answered my few questions in a professional easy to understand manner. After I checked out the car, I went back to see Michael and we had a nice conversation about the dealership and all the employees that work there. I then stopped in service to say hello to Bill and Ellis - two great guys. My total experience from start to finish couldn't have been any more pleasant.
