At McGuire Cadillac we strive to not only meet but exceed customer expectations in our Service and Sales Departments and we take very seriously any concern mentioned by any customer and we work to address any issue raised. This philosophy has served us well over our many years and has been reflected in our being recognized for excellent service from Cadillac and from our loyal customers. The only stickers placed on the windshield of our non cpo pre-owned vehicle inventory are the year of the vehicle. They are all placed in the same upper left portion of the windshield in precisely the same location. This customer purchased a pre-owned vehicle which listed originally at $9995.00 and was sold after 2 visits at a reduced price of $8000.00 At no time did a cracked windshield appear to either party or come up in any discussion upon delivery. Prior to delivery, the service department performed a routine service including rotating tires and replacing an air filter as well as fixing a noisy fan motor. After the issue of a windshield defect was raised by the customer well after delivery the customer was offered the opportunity to return for a visual inspection but declined the offer.

At McGuire Cadillac we strive to not only meet but exceed customer expectations in our Service and Sales Departments. This philosophy has served us well over our many years and has been reflected in our being recognized for excellent service from Cadillac and from our loyal customers. In this particular instance the issue that arose was not the fault of the customer nor our service department, but was the result of an outside non-GM warranty company being a bit slow in satisfying the final service bill. Our policy is to have any service bill satisfied before releasing a vehicle. The customer's statement that a tax form was the hold-up was not true since the company already had that in their possession. The customer was offered the opportunity to pay the outstanding balance and have the warranty company reimburse her directly but she declined that offer. After some back-and-forth between the warranty company and our service department the bill was satisfied and the vehicle released to the customer.
