I just recently purchase a new 2017 XT5 with the help of Jodie and Sam they are the best. Jodie took the time to show myself and my wife all of the controls and how they worked. I have to hand it to Jodie for having patients with us, at the end of the day she made sure we knew how to operate the controls and if we had a problem she said just come back and we can do it all over again. Sam Kolenovic was the best he went over everything line by line he really knows what he is doing and it was a pleasure working with him. Very pleasurable experience with a new, young sales person, Michael Barfoot, who came to the sales dept. through Service. He was extremely knowledgable helpful and I never felt rushed. Even through the sign out of the car, he took his time to carefully explain all of the new features to me until I was comfortable, and gave me his personal cell # in case I had any further questions.
