Although im sure the last thing my salesperson :Jody Bossert, wanted to do was to walk around in the freezing rain showing me vehicles right before quitting time. But she did it with a smile. I did the test drive of the car i was interested in and we sat down after and crunched numbers. Very honest and straight foward woman: i was happy from the start.Banks were closed so waited till next day for her call back.First thing in the morning she called to congratulate set up for pick up and signed later that day. Then i meet Mr. Sam Kolenovic. for the signed and money transaction portion. Another breath of fresh air in my buying experience. I felt like i knew him for years and was buying the vehicle directly from him. If you are looking for a Cadillac , i highly recommend this dealer.
