Sam Kolenovic the sales manager has closed each and every transaction for us. and Jerry Wojo who heads the team always goes out of his way to make sure that we are happy with the deal with the financing with the price with the terms and everything wrapped in one that makes for a successful transaction. We all experienced car buying nightmares in our lives but I must say that this dealership is seamless in making us feel totally pleased with the entire transaction. Sam, Jody and Jerry are tops as far as we're concerned, and they make the deal so easy for us that usually we don't even have to drive to the dealership. We were approached by Bob Jacobson out in the rain in the lot. We fell in love with the red ATS in the showroom since it was equipped just the way we wanted. This would be our 2nd ATS. Without any pressure from Bob, we put a deposit down on our 2016 ATS. Bob was courteous and pleasure to deal with. The Business manager, Sam Kolenvic was also friendly and courteous. He was thorough and efficient explaining the details of the documents when we picked up our new Cadillac. Our overall experience with McGuire was pleasurable. After going over the features of each with us, we selected the Hyundai. Al helped us complete all of the paperwork, line up the insurance, and led us to Sam Kolenovic the finance manager, who went over all of the pricing. He clearly explained all of the contracts, took the time to show us available options, and wrapped everything up in what I consider to be record time!
