A pleasure to do business on 12/29 we stopped in @ McGuire to see if they had a red ATS in stock so we could see the color in person. We were approached by Bob Jacobson out in on 12/29 we stopped in @ McGuire to see if they had a red ATS in stock so we could see the color in person. We were approached by Bob Jacobson out in the rain in the lot. We fell in love with the red ATS in the showroom since it was equipped just the way we wanted. This would be our 2nd ATS. Without any pressure from Bob, we put a deposit down on our 2016 ATS. Bob was courteous and pleasure to deal with. The Business manager, Sam Kolenvic was also friendly and courteous. He was thorough and efficient explaining the details of the documents when we picked up our new Cadillac. Our overall experience with McGuire was pleasurable. I worked with a salesman Al Bonadona, we told him the type of car I was looking for, and he recommended several cars that they had in stock. After going over the features of each with us, we selected the Hyundai. Al helped us complete all of the paperwork, line up the insurance, and led us to Sam Kolenovic the finance manager, who went over all of the pricing. He clearly explained all of the contracts, took the time to show us available options, and wrapped everything up in what I consider to be record time! No Fuss, no muss, No Hassel I was the proud lessee of a 2013 Cadillac ATS4 . Being meticulous about my cars I always service them according to the manufacturer's recommendations. I was the proud lessee of a 2013 Cadillac ATS4 . Being meticulous about my cars I always service them according to the manufacturer's recommendations. That being said I had my ATS serviced at McGuire Cadillac. I found the service department to be most accommodating (Billy, Ellis and Rich) My ATS was nearing the end of the lease when Rich suggested that he introduce me to the proprietor Regan. Regan spoke with me for a while regarding families and then introduced me ti the G.M. Jerry who could not be more kind and helpful. Jerry introduced me to one of his sales associates names Al who showed me the SRX4 both inside and out. it was the car I was looking for. During my conversations I let Regan, Jerry and Al know that the price drives the deal, not location and that I had shopped prices at three nearby dealerships. Regan assured me that the SRX would be priced right. Regan provided me with the lease cost and I found that all three dealers were within $10. of each other. I decided at this time I would wait to see if any of the three dealers would call be back. Several days passed and Regan called me and said I am not calling to be a pain, however I can save you a substantial amount on the monthly payments. He continued to say that GM just released an additional incentive of $2000. WOW what a savings. I wondered why the other dealers did not call me, common sense told me that they wanted to keep the $2K and not pass it on to me. Their loss of a sale and McGuire's and my gain. McGuire Cadillac and I made the deal for much less then previously discussed with the three dealerships. The paperwork was prepared closed by Sam. (No Fuss, No Muss, No Hassle!) The SRX delivery was OUTSTANDING in all aspects. McGuire Cadillac is GREAT for SERVICE, SALES and sales follow up. . More
