Would not Warranty a Two year old car My car is a 2013 with 21,000 miles. McGuire Cadillac refused to Warranty something that went wrong. I had the same thing happen on another 2013 Cadill My car is a 2013 with 21,000 miles. McGuire Cadillac refused to Warranty something that went wrong. I had the same thing happen on another 2013 Cadillac I own, it had 31,000 miles yet a different dealership covered it under the warranty, no problem. I brought in the paper work of the car which was fixed and covered under the warranty, I showed it to the Service Director Richard Levandoski, he could have cared less, and was extremely rude in the way he spoke to me. This car cost over $50,000 and Mr. Levandoski would not warranty a fix that cost me $133.00. I will never give McGuire Cadillac any of my business ever again. More

Excellent Experiance I have purchased several Cadillacs (new and pre-certified) over the years. This is my first purchase from McGuire Cadillac. I had originally intended I have purchased several Cadillacs (new and pre-certified) over the years. This is my first purchase from McGuire Cadillac. I had originally intended to buy a new CTS Coupe but Cadillac decided to discontinue the model and replaced it with the ATS Coupe which I DO NOT LIKE. I searched Cadillac’s web site for Pre-Certified CTS Coupes and found a 2013 CTS Premium at McGuire’s. It was a beautiful day so my wife and I decided to drive the 50 miles to check out the car. The car looked like it was brand spanking new and was absolutely beautiful. Bob Jacobson, our Salesman was very knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. Sam Kolenovic, the Business Manager handled the financing and finalized all the paperwork. He has a nice personality and very patiently explained and gave us copies of all documents we signed. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this dealership. If we didn’t live so far away we would consider using them to service the car. Bob D. More
