The car I purchased seems to be in good condition. Two points of administrative contention - one, they accidentally overcharged me double on my $500 down payment. Even though they showed me the receipt for the transaction, my bank did not have a record of it, so their refund never processed - I am still waiting to get my additional $500 back a few weeks later. Two, the dealer forgot to put the temp plates on the car before I left (my fault also for not checking), and I had to wait over the weekend for FedEx to deliver so I could drive it. Other than those two inconveniences, they seemed competent and efficient, if a little disorganized. More
