He connects on a level of understanding of the customer's needs. His demeanor and warm personality, coupled with his humor made this experience the best we have ever had. Al even stayed late into the evening, to make sure everything went well. On a very cold and windy evening Al even was out there transferring all of our belongings from our old Cadillac into the new one. He then sat with us for as long as we needed, to get set up with OnStar...and then he proceeded to walk us through the entire CUE system....a real challenge for Al because we are not as "tech" savvy as we should be. My husband and I would like to express our appreciation for the kindness and incredible patience Al had with us, especially after a long day. He took the time to go over the features and gave us the time to ask questions. I would expect quality service from Cadillac, but the people in this dealership really do seem to care , and go above and beyond the norm. Wonderful Experience; I almost enjoyed spending thousands Found a used car online at McGuire's. Drove up from Philadelphia; Salesman had the car already to go as soon as I got there. Went to three dealerships before and it was your typical used car salesman; this place wasn't. I didnt feel pressured at all; they gave me a great price for my trade in, a great price on the vehicle I wanted and really made it a wonderful experience. Donuts and coffee were there in the morning for the customers. Car was detailed in front of my eyes; they put new tires and brakes on before I left. I dont have a bad word to say about anyone there; everyone I interacted with made my time there a pleasurable one, especially Pete La Bracio. While my wife and I were waiting for the car to be detailed, the people at McGuire's offered to drive us to the mall and pick us back up later to pass the time. I would recommend buying from this dealership to anyone; and if I ever buy a Cadillac, I will make the drive 2 hours up to North Jersey again, just to deal with this people. My wife and I have never had a good time at a car dealership, and she was very uneasy going in to this; but they proved us totally wrong. I highly suggest McGuire's, ASK FOR PETE LA BRACIO. More
