My experience with McHugh’s was a nightmare. Timeline of Issues 10/17/24: Bought a used truck. 10/18/24: Check engine light (P0087 code). 10/19/24: Found issues: overdue filters, faulty TP Timeline of Issues 10/17/24: Bought a used truck. 10/18/24: Check engine light (P0087 code). 10/19/24: Found issues: overdue filters, faulty TPMS sensors, leaking pinion seal, damaged tires, a speedometer off by 6 MPH, and barely functional wipers. 10/21–11/28/24: Returned the truck multiple times; McHugh’s failed to resolve the root issue (failing high-pressure fuel pump contaminating the system). They ignored prior diagnoses, performed superficial fixes, dismissed concerns, and were unprofessional. I’ve spent $4,628 on repairs, with $12,704 more needed. They refused fair reimbursement. Avoid McHugh’s unless you want costly repairs and poor service. More

They way he was talking to him and the words he was using was one of the worst shows of unprofessional behavior I have ever seen. I also have a friend who purchased a jeep there that kept going into limp mode and he was promised it would be fixed and he had a horrible time getting what he was promised done. I will never step foot in there again and don’t recommend wasting your time or money with these horrible people. More

Went to McHugh and purchased a Dodge ram 1500 . I went there bc I had purchased another truck there and was a good truck. So I went back to purchased a new truck not brand new but used. They told me the truck was a good truck only had 80,000 plus miles on it. So they informed me that thay will go threw everything the just to make sure everything was okay. They told me everything was okay and good to go. So I bought the truck. Welcome to find out it was a RIP off they put head gasket sealer in it bc the head gasket or cracked head. Was bad so they could cover it up. How I found out was I took it to jiffy lube the get it flushed out in new coolant put in because my heat wasn't that great. Lo and behold that's when the head gasket started leaking and a smell in the cab of antifreeze here was a bad heater core 2. So at this point there was nothing I could do about it. Bc they said it's my problem not there's. And never did anything about it and just ignored me. All I want to say is beware of McHugh Dodge thay will take you for every thing . And the people there are mean to there customers after you purchase a vehicle from them. Even the financial officer told me that mr. McHugh is a very mean man. So if you don't want to be taken stay far away from this dealership I've heard many complaints about them taking people. More
