Mr. John My car is finally getting fixed.. after Almost four months. I asked for the loan car for the time it was going to be in shop but mark refused. I was without the car for 3 days and was given a car back with a spare tire on it. It's my 7 th day for this transaction. I had to contact the dealership atleast 6 times before I can get this going. I received a car like this and for the time it was in shop, it is your dealership responsibility to get me a car for the time it was getting worked on. I would understand if the damage was done by me... But it was not. Thanks for the feedback... Mike
