McKenzie Motor Co. is the worst Dealer I have ever done business with. You worked on my Denali and charged me a deductible. I didn't get out of the parking lot before the check engine light came back on business with. You worked on my Denali and charged me a deductible. I didn't get out of the parking lot before the check engine light came back on. I turned around and took it back to the service department, they told me it was a broken wire on the part they had replaced. They said they had to order the wire and they would call me when it came in. They also told me that there would be no extra charge for replacing the wire. After about a month I called to check to see if the part had come in. They told me it had not been ordered. They said they would order it and call when it came in. About a week later the part came in, they called me and installed the wire. When I picked my truck up, they told me there was no charge, but after about a month, they called me back and said there charging me a deductible. I told them there was not supposed to be any charges, but the charged me anyway. I paid the deductible, but as I told the service guy. It wasn't about the money. It's able taking advantage of a costumer and not doing the right thing. Have a wonderful day Ken Smith More

My scheduled oil change and tire rotation were accomplished in a timely manner. The Service Representative indicated that I required new tires. Only one of four tires was in inventory, however, accomplished in a timely manner. The Service Representative indicated that I required new tires. I was somewhat surprised that there was a fee of $100 for balancing McKenzie provided tires. More

We found a beautiful 2020 GMC Terrain Denali on the Facebook page and knew it wouldn't last long. I left work at 11 and arrived at 12, talking to Woody for about half of my hour drive so he could get the information he needed to start the paperwork. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was waiting on me. I test drove the car and decided I was going to go through with the sale, and an hour later, 30 minutes of which was waiting on finance because he had another customer in front of me, I drove home with my new car! I could not be happier with the car or the service at McKenzie, this was the fastest, best car buying experience i have ever had!! More
