I bought a 2021 yukon denali. Since this is high demand and low availability vehicle, they had a take it of leave it attitude on the price. To get it, I had to pay full sticker price. My car had a recall so I took it in. They didn’t have a loaner or rental available so I had to get some to come get me. They found several other things they recommended replacing to which I agreed. They couldn’t get the part for several days and I had to stay at a friends in Pensacola. I was told the car was ready a weak later. I waited 45 minutes while one guy waited on one man. He got a rental! Then when I finally paid my bill and got my keys only to find the car hadn’t even been sanitized on the interior. In this time of covid that’s unacceptable. I’ve never owned a car that The dealer didn’t wash and clean the interior . They really need to step up the service department or get them some trained help. More
