Unfortunately with normal economics of supply and demand, these vehicles are very hard for us to get as well as keep in stock, with the factory being closed for many months limited supply and high demand has created the pricing the way it is. However some things were left out here, there was a trade involved and that we were very fair with and when this customer expected more for trade we were able to conform to their request and give more for the trade this can be construed different ways but normally if the trade value is not where the dealer needs to be they will take away from profit on the New vehicle, which in the case of this situation that is exactly what transpired. I personally witnessed this entire transaction and our team was more than professional and courteous in this situation and our management team was more than fair when it came to the trade valuation. We appreciate your business and taking time to write and rate us.
