They kept their word, and were not pushy. When I came back (with my 2 grandchildren along) to get some work done, they were all very kind. One of the guys shared his package of cookies with my 4 year ol back (with my 2 grandchildren along) to get some work done, they were all very kind. One of the guys shared his package of cookies with my 4 year old granddaughter and another one came with paper towels and started cleaning up after my 5 month old granddaughter spit up! I was getting ready to do it and he swooped right in and did it for me! Not many guys would help you out like that. They were very helpful! More

They were really good at installing the thingy under warranty and the parts person did the install because the regular workers were busy so to get me done quickly Jim Windrow asked the parts guy if he could handle the install and he said sure he could do it and then proceeded to install it quickly with no hesitation and sent me on my way. Sorry I missed seeing Roberta Stuart since she was the one who set up the whole install and was the one to order the part for me under warranty. Thanks for keeping the lights on Saturdays so I could come in and get that great service. I'm overwhelmed with thankfulness. More
