Battery replacement Friday evening I had a dead battery on my truck. I called to see if Mckenzie motors Service department was open on Saturday; they said they were. I we Friday evening I had a dead battery on my truck. I called to see if Mckenzie motors Service department was open on Saturday; they said they were. I went in Saturday morning, early only to find they only had two service employees and a back-log of customers. They said it would take at least two hours. The service manager tested my battery and said it would have to be replaced. I don't know how he did it but I was back on the road in just under an hour. I have been a customer of McKenzie Motors for over 18 years. They have always given me great service. Thank you. More

They kept their word, and were not pushy. When I came back (with my 2 grandchildren along) to get some work done, they were all very kind. One of the guys shared his package of cookies with my 4 year ol back (with my 2 grandchildren along) to get some work done, they were all very kind.
