Great service! Awesome staff. We went there to trade in our daughter's vehicle, a 2017 Buick Encore, for a 2020 Encore. We were greeted by a salesperson whose name we don't recall, but was very kind and got us in touch with Mr. Tom Gamewell, whom we had dealt with before. Tom and Mr Jim Windrow both were very professional and kind, and we had a very pleasant experience doing business with them. Trading in our daughter's vehicle was a smooth, flawless process, thanks to those two and generally, the entire staff of McKenzie Buick. Furthermore, we would like to thank the Service department for their helping and kind demeanor during the routine maintenance appointments for the 2017 Buick. The term "service after the sale" speaks volumes at this dealership! I would recommend this dealer to anyone! Thank you all again and keep up the great work. More
