Good service. A little longer than expected, but good. I have a Sierra AT4 that had 4 recalls. Two software and two mechanical. My service person (Roberta) took great care of me by arranging a loaner vehicle overnight, once they knew they wouldn't be able to finish that afternoon. Overall, a good experience with McKenzie.
