Battery replacement Friday evening I had a dead battery on my truck. I called to see if Mckenzie motors Service department was open on Saturday; they said they were. I we Friday evening I had a dead battery on my truck. I called to see if Mckenzie motors Service department was open on Saturday; they said they were. I went in Saturday morning, early only to find they only had two service employees and a back-log of customers. They said it would take at least two hours. The service manager tested my battery and said it would have to be replaced. I don't know how he did it but I was back on the road in just under an hour. I have been a customer of McKenzie Motors for over 18 years. They have always given me great service. Thank you. More

They were really good at installing the thingy under warranty and the parts person did the install because the regular workers were busy so to get me done quickly Jim Windrow asked the parts guy if he could handle the install and he said sure he could do it and then proceeded to install it quickly with no hesitation and sent me on my way. Sorry I missed seeing Roberta Stuart since she was the one who set up the whole install and was the one to order the part for me under warranty. Thanks for keeping the lights on Saturdays so I could come in and get that great service. I'm overwhelmed with thankfulness. More
