Reached out about having tire warranty processed. Left voicemail that wasn't returned. Then tried the warranty person directly. Since I didn't buy the tires there they wouldn't help. If you sell Michelin tires, you're supposed to provide warranty support under the Michelin program regardless. After posting the above (amended to remove service advisor name, as it was never my intent to personally offend her) I received a call from the owner after my review posted. He was very upset and called me a bully as a result of my history of simply responding to unsolicited surveys for ratings of the service. He didn't dispute the accuracy of my comments only expressed being upset and that his employees were upset. I tried to both apologize for offending the employees and explain to him that I have given good reviews too when the service was good but he just kept talking over me. When I asked him to stop and let me explain, he said he wasn't interested in letting me do so unless I took down the review. He also told me not to come back or he would trespass me. I've never been anything but a loyal customer who pays his bills, even when they've charged me for add-ons without asking first. I've provide positive feedback when I've received good service and, understanding no one is perfect, given grace for mistakes. I've only provided accurate feedback that they take as negative when I received poor service and all I've done is document what happened if I can't get them to address it. I'm never rude or raise my voice, but I've seen others in there in the past that have. I have also seen other negative reviews. I'm curious as to the history of who he has trespassed and who he hasn't and if any of the aforementioned were. I hate to think he's willing to take feedback from some and not others for reasons that shouldn't matter in this day and age, but I don’t understand the heated reaction. It just doesn't make sense that instead of resolving the concern he just says don't come back here, we'll kick you off the property and won't serve you. He buys the Jane, MO Ford dealership, the next closest alternative to his at the time, and shuts it down so that now all those customers have to come to McLarty Daniel in Bentonville, a fast growing city itself, keeping the staff so busy they can't stay on top of everything and gets mad at me when I just answer the survey they send me. I do want to take this moment to apologize to those employees just trying to do their jobs and hopefully have amended this so it doesn't call them out personally on behalf of the business (that was never my intent and I erred in my first time responding to DealerRater emails, having a lack of familiarity with the platform), but I couldn't remove the review after the aggressive, threatening, and rude phone call I received from the General Manager/Managing Partner, the only time I can say a Ford representative has ever been inappropriate in my 30 years of driving Ford vehicles and having them serviced at Ford dealerships. More
