I bought my car in March 2023 and brought to their attention that the rotors are needing to be looked at. Carlos our sales person was amazing and got right on it. I took the car in on April 8, 2023. It’s A-OK. Well, 2 weeks ago when braking my steering wheels shakes. I tried calling and left messages four different times. Not one call back. Then my BF text them, and bam someone calls them back right away. I bring the car in, and I get a call that the rotors are warp and needing to be replaced. When calling and talking to Taylor about it she said sorry basically it’s because of your driving. I trusted in this dealership to do me right, and be fair. They said rotors were resurfaced and nothing was wrong, then 2 1/2 months later they are warped to the point I need to replace my brakes also. WOW!!! Sales dept was awsome!!!
