Would Not Recommend I was told my maintenance work would take 3 hours when I made the appointment, the total was 6 hours. I left my vehicle with them that morning, I call I was told my maintenance work would take 3 hours when I made the appointment, the total was 6 hours. I left my vehicle with them that morning, I called twice to inquire about how much longer my vehicle maintenance would take. Both times they took my number and did not call me back either time. I received one call to inquire about checking my rotors which I was informed would not cost extra and then I was charged for them to turn my rotors without asking. It was a terrible experience and I will not be returning for any service or future vehicle purchases. I felt not valued as a customer and my time was taken advantage of. More

I was contacted when my vehicle was ready and got in the time promised . All work was completed on time and the vehicle was cleaner than when I brought it in! Have been contacted about my satisfaction with dealership and would rate overall as a 10! More
