I went to McLarty after visiting other dealerships, when we arrived (I had my 5 year old and 3 year old with me) we were met by the friendliest staff I went to McLarty after visiting other dealerships, when we arrived (I had my 5 year old and 3 year old with me) we were met by the friendliest staff ever, while I was talking with our salesman other sales staff members are playing with my children (they didn’t seem to be bothered by 2 wild little boys) Garry was able to get me into a brand new vehicle and keep my payment low even though I was very upside down in the car I had!!! This is the second time I have had poor service. Two times in a row I requested service due a warranty issue. Both times I specifically explained the problem. I was given a date and time to arrive fo Two times in a row I requested service due a warranty issue. Both times I specifically explained the problem. I was given a date and time to arrive for service. Both times I was notified on arrival that the individual specialist for the problem was not available on that day!!!! This caused me to come back a second time for the first problem. This time someone besides the required specialist made the repair. As it was an issue with the navigation system, the results of the service visit is unknown. As I live 30 miles away from your dealership, I did not appreciate having to make the trip twice. This is extremely poor service. More
