The service department really needs some looking into. We had a battery replaced under warranty about a year or so ago. Now the battery is worthless again. I go into service and they tried to tell me nothing was wrong with the battery( which had already been tested by our mechanic and said it was bad to take it back to Nissan) then turned around to tell me they would put a battery but they wouldn’t warranty a battery that had already been replaced. So this tells me they have crappy parts and won’t stand behind them. That’s ok this battery has cost them another sale as I won’t be buying from them again. Plus I will be sure to let everyone I know how they do business.
