Unprofessional service rep I made an appointment in person with Cole approximately one week before my appointment. When I arrived at 10:55 am, I was informed by another service I made an appointment in person with Cole approximately one week before my appointment. When I arrived at 10:55 am, I was informed by another service rep that my appointment was not in the computer. Cole mentioned when I made my appointment that a engine mount had been recalled. Why didn’t he order the part necessary for my appointment a week later? Why didn’t he put my appointment in the system. After I returned approximately 1.5 hours later, I was told that I would have to wait to see if you had the part for thirty minutes. Why wasn’t this done while my car was having an oil change and tire rotation? Why did Cole not order the recalled engine mount one week before when I made my appointment? Cole then proceeds to tell me I’ll have to wait another 2-3 hours for the installation of the engine mount. I then asked to have my car back and he parks it in the parking lot and I have to ask where my vehicle is. Really? He comped the oil change and tire rotation and said he would contact me when the engine mount is delivered. I didn’t get a receipt for any of the work that had been done. Did I get mad at Cole and tell him what I thought of his poor service? I sure did. More
