The service desk folks are great. But the mechanics who handle my car not so much. It generally comes out with big greasy hand prints in the doors, handles and wherever else they come But the mechanics who handle my car not so much. This last visit my car apparently came in contact with a black rubber something that left a few small streaks on the LF fender and some kind of glue or something on the RR panel that initially looked like a gouge in the metal. Fortunately the shop manager? got a rag and what looked like polishing liquid and cleaned both areas. All is well now, but now I’ll be sure to give my car a close look before and after it goes back to the shop area. More

Nissan service I went to have my vehicle looked at and find the problem. I had been hearing humming and also hearing rattling noises. They took my vehicle for a spin I went to have my vehicle looked at and find the problem. I had been hearing humming and also hearing rattling noises. They took my vehicle for a spin and bought it back saying they didn’t hear anything, they also put it on the machine and said they didn’t hear anything. After getting it back and hearing the same noises, I took it back, asked for someone to ride with me which they provided. They then found the problem, I did like how they were able to tell me what the problem was and what it would take to get it fixed. I also like how they let you know the things that you’ll need to have serviced and the prices you may be looking at ahead of time. The customer service I received from Cole was great. Also, anytime I’m there and I’m interested in looking around, Keiko Meeks meets with me, he makes sure I get whatever it is that I’m in need of whether it is great conversation or a bottle of water.
