The service desk folks are great. But the mechanics who handle my car not so much. It generally comes out with big greasy hand prints in the doors, handles and wherever else they come But the mechanics who handle my car not so much. It generally comes out with big greasy hand prints in the doors, handles and wherever else they come in contact with it. This last visit my car apparently came in contact with a black rubber something that left a few small streaks on the LF fender and some kind of glue or something on the RR panel that initially looked like a gouge in the metal. Fortunately the shop manager? got a rag and what looked like polishing liquid and cleaned both areas. All is well now, but now I’ll be sure to give my car a close look before and after it goes back to the shop area. More
