Frustrated I have purchased a maintenance plan, but with only a few exceptions, there is an attempt to charge me first, then I have to explain I have the plan, I have purchased a maintenance plan, but with only a few exceptions, there is an attempt to charge me first, then I have to explain I have the plan, its looked up, and eventually applied according. Granted the plan vehicle and plan were purchased out of state so I could understand why it may take a minute to line it up. However this has been since like Oct or Nov of 2017. Now on this visit my wife is told my contract ended at 75,000 niles and we are charged for a oil change AND a tire rotation, when I only scheduled an oil change. Now I must take a day off work to try and resolve the charge. I know a lot of cars come through for service, but how many times would be considered reasonable? Perhaps that could be debated, but the charge for a service I did not ask for should not happen. So I hope to get this resolved tomorrow and then it is probably best to try another service department More
