I cannot say enough good things about McLarty Nissan in Little Rock! I had a procedure at Arkansas Heart Hospital today and when leaving the clinic had some car trouble that would have prevented me dri Little Rock! I had a procedure at Arkansas Heart Hospital today and when leaving the clinic had some car trouble that would have prevented me driving back to El Dorado and not much further than 5-10 miles. Luckily McLarty and their awesome staff took great care of me. The Service Dept closes at 6:00PM but John L , the most awesome tech, stayed and finished the 3 hour job several hours after his normal off time! I did not buy my vehicle at McLarty but will use them every chance I get. The level of customer service by this staff was genuine with the mindset to take the best care possible of a customer. I cannot believe this was a one time thing but rather how they conduct their business! Kudos to all of you and my sincere gratitude for helping me get home!!! More

I had purchased 2 cars from mclarty Nissan in one and one half years Jonathan sold me my Sentra the first car I bought. I called him Saturday morning and told him I was looking to purchase a Nissan Frontier half years Jonathan sold me my Sentra the first car I bought. The one I was looking to buy was a different color and was not on their lot. Jonathan immediately got on the computer and traced it down at mclarty Nissan in Benton and put a hold on selling it. I was paying internet price for the vehicle after negotiating value of my vehicle trade I was happy with the deal. I purchased my 2023 new Nissan Frontier. Jonathan then called the Benton dealership to get the truck ready for delivery. I took delivery early afternoon.
