McLarty Nissan of Little Rock Apr 25, 2025 f6lover The Carfax for the vehicle that I purchased stated, among many other services, that the battery had been serviced. The start/stop did not work during the test drive. Having never had that technology before, I assumed that it was disabled. After getting the car home, and diagnosing the start/stop issue, I found out that a weak battery would cause the start/stop to not work. I also had an issue with sync not remember some settings. The battery would charge, but would not hold a sufficient charge for the start/stop to work. I purchased a new battery and all issues were resolved. I feel that I was deceived by the " battery serviced" statement. I also have issues with the sales representative that have not been resolved in over a month since I bought the car. FYI- my previous car was purchased at McLarty Ford and was a 5 star out of 5 star experience. I expected the same.
