Went to buy a used vehicle. The Mr Bailey (sales rep) had it waiting for us when we pulled up, plus a coffee for my husband. Getting approved was easy and painless. Made even better that finance was able to get us a better approval with a 2yr service contract for $10 less than what sales originally said. I've never bought a car so easily. Looking forward to going back and upgrading my husband's car. More
