Bought an Infiniti last week from Mcclarty. Johnathan was an amazing salesman and there was no pressure to buy! After buying and detailing the car I noticed a piece of trim that had come loose during the car an amazing salesman and there was no pressure to buy! After buying and detailing the car I noticed a piece of trim that had come loose during the car washing. Was told to bring the car back for IOU service the following week. When I returned to have the trim replaced as well as a rattling heatsheild, I was immediately sent to infiniti by Glenn from the service department, and told that nissan could not do warranty work on Infiniti products. Infiniti sent me back to McClarty bc they were thrones who sold the car and made the IOU! Took it back to Nissan and they are currently working on it with much attitude and back talk. The only person in service that I have ever had good service from is Mike! He will actually track down mechanics and make sure they fix stuff the first time! This service department for the most part is lazy or you have to come back multiple times for the same issues not being properly fixed! More
