James Forrester is the truth! My car broke down and I needed a new one. However, because of Covid-19, divorce, health problems, & job insecurities, I didn’t want to buy a car even My car broke down and I needed a new one. However, because of Covid-19, divorce, health problems, & job insecurities, I didn’t want to buy a car even though I desperately needed one. I reluctantly went to McLarty Nissan in LR and told James Forrester my dilemma. He was very professional and he went above and beyond in what I was requesting and closed the deal. I walked in worried and drove off feeling truly blessed. Service & Repair You Can Trust I was content with my car, it was paid for and it was in good condition. When it needed a few repairs I thought I was saving money by having it repair I was content with my car, it was paid for and it was in good condition. When it needed a few repairs I thought I was saving money by having it repaired outside of McLarty Nissan Service Center.… BIG Mistake. When I realized my car was not being repaired property, I took it back to McLarty Nissan Service Center where Rob Smith was able to tell me EVERYTHING wrong with my car and what the other so called mechanic did. When I took it back to the other mechanic to fix his mistakes he had no choice but to admit his mistakes and repaired it at no extra charge. I will never take my car to another mechanic again. Thank you Rob and the McLarty Nissan Service center for all of your hard work, decency, honesty and professionalism! More

There was some confusion about what service my pathfinder needed. I received a phone call telling me that it was time for a service inspection. I asked if my extended warranty would cover it and was told yes needed. I received a phone call telling me that it was time for a service inspection. I asked if my extended warranty would cover it and was told yes. I take the car in the next day and was told it was given a filter and oil change. I asked it it needed this and was told “I don’t know I’m not the mechanic.” I knew it didn’t need this service because a new motor was installed in the car just last month. Come to find out, they didn’t even know who had called me to tell me it was time for an inspection. In the end, the covered the service so they did right by me. But it was a very confusing experience. More
