Very frustrated Scheduled a 9:00 am appt, got there at 8:55. We needed service before taking a trip. At 11:15 the car still had not gone in for service. Disappointed for the second time Truck wasn’t ready until dealership closed. ie the dealership had the vehicle for 11 hours. Radio not repaired.
